We celebrate the whole cone hops from our friends at Crosby Hop Farm that we used to brew our first ever Fresh Hop beer. Crosby overnighted whole cone hops directly from their farms and we were able to brew with them less than 36 hours after they were harvested.
With these hops, we created I Know What I Saw – Imperial Red Ale. Stop by for a pint with head of operations Brunson Cartwright to hear about his first hand encounter with the hide and seek champion in the piney woods of North Louisiana.
