Future Self is a beautiful expression of Louisiana fruit flavor. We barrel-aged our mixed fermentation saison in pinot noir barrels for a year, then added heaps of local peaches, mayhaw and orange peel. This beer is a refreshing blend of juicy, tart and dry, with a touch of oak.
